A few months ago, news of the launch of the new Mia 2.0 electric car was published, but now, it already has a presentation date. Mia Electric was a French electric car manufacturer in the 2010s, and now the brand is back.
Mia Electric, based in Cerizay, France, designed and manufactured electric vehicles exclusively in France. The Mia 1.0 was the company's first fully electric model on the market. Fox E-Mobility, the company that took over Mia's assets in 2015, has confirmed that Murat Günak, the designer of the first model launched in 2012, also worked on this new Mia 2.0 electric car.
Since the return of the company with the new model was announced, not many details have been given, but it has already been confirmed that its presentation will take place on July 13.
Murat Günak said: "Ten years ago, with the design of the first Mia 1.0, we already provided a conceptual and creative response to future mobility requirements. The new design now delivers on this promise in a very contemporary way and is a visible sign of consistency with sustainability, functionality, agility and friendliness."
With its compact dimensions combined with as much space as possible and great flexibility, the model is a special solution for both private and commercial mobility requirements. The new batteries will give you an average range of about 200 km, a notable improvement over the previous model.
In addition, it will have a series of additional safety equipment: ABS, ESP, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot assistant and much more. Its target starting price will be around 16,000 euros and its production in cooperation with a leading vehicle manufacturer will begin in 2022.
The new Mia Electric 2.0 will go on sale in the first half of 2023. @via fox-em.
