The new Jeep Avenger 100% electric, the first BEV of the brand, will be unveiled at the 2022 "Mondial de l'Auto" in Paris, where the Jeep brand will have a display dedicated to it. The stand will have the ideal atmosphere to introduce the Jeep Avenger to the public and the media by sporting a lively, colorful, and visually dynamic appearance based on rocks and an outdoor motif. The all-electric Jeep Avenger will feature a cutting-edge design, comfortable seating for five adults and ample storage for personal items and sports equipment. The new Jeep Avenger electric SUV has a range of 400 kilometers and will also feature a range extender option.
On October 17 at 2 pm, Christian Meunier, CEO of the Jeep brand, will host a press conference to unveil the new Jeep Avenger electric SUV. A launch edition of the new BEV will be available to preorder immediately following the press presentation.
"The new Jeep Avenger is the debut vehicle in Europe for BEV Jeep's all-new lineup. During its debut at the "Mondial de l'Auto" in Paris, we will show all the segment players why it is a fantastic complete electric choice of the Jeep brand, offering all the cliche traits of the Jeep brand, ideally suited for the market. Regarding our goal of becoming the world's top brand in the manufacturing of zero-emission SUVs, Avenger is a genuine pillar for our growth plans in key European markets like France".
In Europe, the Jeep Avenger will join the Jeep Wrangler 4xe Plug-In Hybrid, Jeep Compass, and Jeep Renegade already available. The newly revised Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe Plug-In Hybrid will debut early in the following year.
Jeep's electrification plan, which was first shown off in September at the brand's Jeep 4xe Day, is predicated on this critical juncture when it will be necessary to provide a variety of fuel-efficient and fully electric cars for the European market. Jeep Recon and Jeep Wagoneer "S" electric SUVs compete in the worldwide medium SUV sector and will be the brand's first zero-emission vehicles to be introduced in Europe by 2025.
Jeep has committed to selling only fully electric vehicles in the region by 2030 in response to the booming demand for products in this category.
Jeep will hold a press conference at the 2022 Paris Motor Show, where interested parties and media members can learn more about the company's latest offerings.
